This role is integral to delivering an exceptional dining experience that reflects our brand’s commitment to luxury, creativity, and service excellence.The PM Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment while adhering to established recipes, food safety standards, and presentation guidelines. The ideal candidate is passionate about culinary arts, thrives under pressure, and demonstrates strong teamwork and accountability.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook restaurant menu items according to established recipes, plating standards, and event specificationsEnsure consistency, quality, and portion control in all dishesAccurately execute orders in a timely manner during service periodsEnsure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices in compliance with health and safety regulationsMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station at all timesCommunicate effectively with culinary leadership regarding timing, quality, and production needsWork collaboratively with the culinary team and front-of-house staff to deliver an exceptional guest experienceAssist with prep work, inventory rotation, and proper labeling of food itemsUphold Hotel ZaZa culinary standards, grooming guidelines, and safety protocolsSupport opening and closing duties and assist other culinary team members as neededQualifications:Previous hotel or luxury culinary experience preferredStrong understanding of basic cooking techniques and banquet food productionAbility to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentationKnowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practicesAbility to stand for extended periods and lift or carry up to 50 poundsFlexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event businessWhy Join Hotel ZaZa?At Hotel ZaZa, we don’t just offer jobs—we offer careers that inspire.
