• We review code, make updates to the codebase, and maintain source repositories.
• We define and execute test approaches, evaluate outcomes, and work with others to resolve defects and maintain quality standards.
• We create user training materials, supporting documentation, and assistance frameworks to ensure a smooth adoption of new software.
• We help resolve production incidents and suggest preventive measures to improve reliability.
• We maintain thorough records of code changes, testing methods, and support work to strengthen the knowledge base and support similar initiatives.
