Location: Caldwell, Texas

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, no weekends

Candidate Pay Rate: $75.2 - $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population combining inpatient and outpatient care
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a supportive nursing and therapy staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Handle general PT cases including ortho, neuro, fractures, and wound care
• Participate in precepting as needed by the unit

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license
• BLS certification required
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
• Wound care experience preferred but not required
• Must not have been employed by CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity within the past year

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills in orthopedics, neurology, and general rehabilitation
• Ability to manage wound care cases
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Adaptability to work in a critical access hospital setting
