Client in Odessa, Tx is pursuing a: 

Inside   Sales   Representative  

   Responsibilities Include:

• Maintains Good Customer relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on products.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Team up with Outside Sales Representatives via email, phone and in person to submit customers’ quotes and orders
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Process points of sale purchases.
• Handle returns of merchandise.
• Maintains a database of clients and orders.
• Establish new client relationships when possible.
• Follow up on orders by contacting clients to obtain missing information, answer inquiries, ensure timely deliveries.
• Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep informed on new technology, products and features.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving and delivery of products and materials.
• Provide proper certificates and tags for products by using Proof
