What You'll Do

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds
• Administer interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
• Assist with the use of supportive and assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed
• Document all patient interactions and treatments in electronic health records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
• Supervise and support physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development activities
• Ensure all practice adheres to APTA guidelines and state regulations

What You Need

• Current license in good standing in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in long-term care settings (preferred)
• Ability to perform manual therapy, assessments, and wound care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Certification in relevant therapy modalities
• Experience supervising staff and students
