What You'll Do

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized care plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
• Utilize evidence-based and standardized assessments to support clinical interventions.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes.
• Provide counseling and support to patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services provided in electronic health records.
• Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and ongoing training.
• Supervise and support CFY or student speech-language pathologists as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ASHA standards and state practice acts.

What You Need

• Required:
  • Massachusetts license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • 1+ years of clinical experience
• Preferred:
  • Experience in Long Term Care settings
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations
  • Strong documentation and collaborative skills
