What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Communicate effectively with customers regarding service issues and solutions Document work performed, including parts used and services completed Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations Participate in on‑call rotation as needed What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience EPA certification required Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Applicants must be at least 21 years old Ready to Join Us?
