We're a family-owned company that takes pride in quality work, modern systems, and building a team people don't want to leave.What You'll Get:Top Pay & Earning Potential$24-$40/hr depending on experienceTop performers earning up to $150,000+ annuallyBenefits That Matter50% employer-paid medical insurancePaid vacation & holidaysRetirement plan optionsStabilityYear -round workNo layoffsGrowth & DevelopmentPaid training and ongoing educationSupport to earn NATE certificationClear path to advance your careerWork EnvironmentFamily-owned, team-first cultureRespectful leadership and strong support in the fieldWhat You'll DoInstall residential/light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps)Install and modify ductwork, vents, and system componentsSet and connect equipment, including refrigerant lines and electrical wiringPerform system startup, testing, and basic balancingFollow blueprints, specs, and local codesMaintain a clean, safe job siteCommunicate with customers and team members professionallyAssist with troubleshooting and resolving install issuesTrain/assist junior installers as neededWhat We're Looking For3+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential/light commercial)Strong knowledge of ductwork, furnaces (gas/electric), heat pumps, and refrigerant systemsAbility to install, troubleshoot, and start up complete systemsFamiliar with low voltage wiring, system testing, and balancingUnderstanding of applicable codes and safety practicesAbility to train/mentor junior installers and take ownership of jobsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailProfessional communication with customers and ability to offer practical solutionsValid driver's license with insurable recordWillingness to obtain/maintain NATE certificationsComfortable working at heights and using tools/equipmentReliable, coachable, and willing to invest in toolsCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment
