Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients across a multi-county home health territory
• Meet a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week
• Complete all patient documentation by 10:00 AM the following day
• Utilize HCHB (Homecare Homebase) electronic medical records system for all documentation and scheduling
• Deliver skilled therapy services in accordance with the supervising physical therapist's plan of care

Required Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of Washington
• Minimum of one year of recent home health PTA experience
• Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation platform
• Ability to travel across a multi-county service area

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with rural and suburban home health patient populations
• Strong time management and self-directed scheduling abilities
• Experience managing a high-volume caseload in a home health setting
