Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Location: Clyde, NC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 07:00 - 19:00

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg to join our team. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care to adult and geriatric populations across various conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in coordinating patient care and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Valid RN license.
• Experience in Med Surg preferred.
