Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. This position focuses on providing comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical environment, ensuring high-quality treatment and support for our adult and geriatric patient population.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver nursing care according to established guidelines and protocols.Monitor and document patient health status and progress.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement effective care plans.Educate patients and their families on health management and treatments.Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.Unit InformationNumber of Beds: 39Patient Ratios: 1 RN to approximately 4 patientsCommon Diagnoses: Fractures, COPD, Hypertension, Chest Pain, Congestive Heart Failure, InfectionsQualificationsCurrent RN license and relevant certifications.Experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationShift: Full-time, 07:00-19:00 Dress Code: Scrubs (Any Color) Required Certifications: Must possess applicable certifications relevant to nursing practice.Client Details City Clyde State NC
