An opportunity is available for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide essential support for students in grades K-5 on a short term leave contract near Ashburn, VA. Qualifications:

• Active Speech Language Pathology license with CCC credentials
• Previous experience in a school setting, particularly with elementary students (K–5), is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Passion for working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services and comprehensive evaluations for K–5 students with communication disorders
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
• Maintain and update documentation, including progress reports and IEPs, in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in meetings, student intervention planning, and provide training or guidance to staff as needed
• Monitor students’ progress, adjust therapeutic interventions, and provide feedback to stakeholders
