Job Details: 

$75,000 to $150,000 annually (the sky is your limit) without the long hours of a New Car store. No cap on pay, no heavy deal packs, and position comes with base/hourly pay with commission as well.

Established 25 year Automotive Dealership with strong Sales and customer base seeking Experienced F&I candidate. Pro-Motion Motor Co is seeking a Full Time F&I Manager who is passionate about helping customers, maximizing profit and enjoys being part of a team that offers a compliant and transparent buyer experience. We believe in Quality and Integrity. Our dealership invests heavily in many forms of marketing to obtain customers for sales. Established portfolio of Credit lenders, back end warranty and gap providers and in-house finance portfolio as well. Strong base of units in inventory designed and purchased for front and back end profit. F&I Manager will have two salespeople working with them and have full reign of financing for dealerships.

What you will do: 

• Acquire finance for Prime and Subprime customers 
• Deal with lenders and back end product providers 
• Present deals to customers in a ethical and transparent matter 
• Structure financing that benefits the customer and dealership
• Ensure Federal and State Compliance 
• Complete funding packages 
• Work closely with management for inventory purchases as needed 

Requirements: 

• Individual must have 3 years minimum experience with references in Automotive F&I
• Have a proven track record of performance 
• Must be proficient in DMS software or be able to be trained in DMS operation 
• Have compliance knowledge in Automotive sector 
• Be a part of a team atmosphere 
• Be able to communicate with management 
• Have a clear background to obtain sales person license
• Have a valid license
