This position is responsible for driving profitability through effective cost control, project sales, and managing operations. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma with proven experience in managing entire operations at one location.
• Strong understanding of financial management, including P&L and cost control.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate sales and project management.
• Familiarity with incentivizing and motivating employees to their greatest productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage and mentor staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, to inform decision-making.
