Human Resources Administrative Coordinator

Reports To: Senior HR Manger

About Us

We are a fast-growing multi-brand consumer products company operating across the United States, Europe, and Asia. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Administrative Coordinator to support our U.S. operations.

This role will provide broad exposure to Human Resources, Administration, Payroll Support, Office Operations, and cross-functional business coordination.

Responsibilities

Human Resources & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with payroll preparation and employee data management
  • Support day-to-day HR inquiries, employee communication, and basic employee relations matters
  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Support benefits administration, training coordination, and compliance-related tasks
  • Assist with internal workflow submissions, approval tracking, and related documentation
  • Support daily office operations, supplies, vendors, facilities, meetings, and company events
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documents as needed
  • Support other HR, administrative, and business operations projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 13 years of HR, administrative, recruiting, operations, or related experience preferred
  • Outstanding recent graduates with strong internship experience, learning agility, and a proactive mindset are also encouraged to apply.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
