Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist with home infusion experience for a contract-to-hire position in Apex, NC. This role involves managing home infusion therapies with a focus on clinical oversight, sterile compounding, and operational workflow support. - Accurately enter prescriptions, document, and adjudicate claims
- Prepare and verify sterile compounded medications, ensuring USP compliance
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support production and delivery workflows
- Maintain inventory and ensure timely, safe medication dispensing and delivery
- MUST HAVE HOME INFUSION EXPERIENCE
- Relevant license and certification
- Experience with sterile compounding and operational workflow support
