PRN Front Desk Receptionist and Life Enrichment Assistant - Large Senior Living Community

We are seeking a happy, outgoing, and energetic Front Desk Receptionist/Life Enrichment Assistant to join our large senior living community in Bountiful. This is a PRN (as needed) position. Job Description

The Front Desk Receptionist oversees all receptionist and secretarial duties at our community with outstanding customer service and support. As the face of the company, the successful candidate will be approachable and friendly, with outstanding people skills.

Life Enrichment Assistants are responsible for facilitating planned activities for both assisted living and memory care. Must be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure, and be a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
• Assist Executive Team with a variety of administrative tasks
• Answer phones in a professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service
• Required to pick up at least 2 shifts per month
• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of the community
• Observe resident attendance, mood, behavior, and degree of involvement so that facility activities and resident progress are evaluated
• Involve the residents/families in planning activity programs when possible

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a receptionist or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
• Must be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure and be a self-starter
• Able to move at least 50 pounds, including tables and chairs on a regular basis
