Precision Automation Systems (PAS) is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative in the Magic Valley to expand our presence throughout the industrial, municipal water, irrigation, manufacturing, and infrastructure markets.

Position Summary

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers. This individual will work closely with engineers, contractors, municipalities, industrial facilities, OEMs, and consulting engineers to promote PAS products, services, and automation solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong sales skills with the ability to understand and communicate technical solutions

Key Responsibilities

Add:

• Develop relationships with plant managers, maintenance managers, operations personnel, engineering teams, and corporate decision makers within manufacturing and processing facilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, energy consumption, process control, production reliability, and equipment uptime through automation and control system upgrades.
• Promote modernization projects including:
• PLC/HMI systems
• SCADA systems
• Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
• Industrial networking
• Instrumentation and process controls
• Motor control centers
• Custom UL508A control panels
• Remote monitoring solutions
• Predictive maintenance technologies
