Enterprise Customer Success Manager — Activation & Adoption

Blockit AI seeks a Customer Success Manager to lead activation, adoption, and retention across our customer base, including hundreds of accounts in VC, PE, financial services, and tech startups. You will work with our onboarding specialist to run pilots, drive adoption, surface expansion signals, and feed product with customer insights.
