Assistant Property Manager West Coast Self-Storage has a part‑time opening in Bellingham, WA for an Assistant Property Manager. Ideal candidates will have retail sales and customer service experience and be interested in career growth. Schedule Mon: 9:45 am–6:15 pm Fri & Sat: 11:00 am–3:00 pm Up to 25 hours per week Benefits $19.50/hr Phone stipend Mileage reimbursement Employee discount On‑the‑job training Promotion opportunities Day to Day Responsibilities Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives Provide exceptional customer service, including assessing customers’ storage needs (in person, phone, and web inquiries) Manage, audit, and balance cash drawer and petty cash Perform general office tasks such as filing, managing customer accounts, and sorting mail/deliveries Maintain property to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards, e.g., clean vacated units, sweep, mop, and change light bulbs Qualifications Retail sales, cash management, and customer service experience Ability to self‑manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required) Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination West Coast Self-Storage Group (WCSS) is committed to equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
