Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time in Gainesville - GA Join a growing State Farm independent contractor agency as a Licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Sales Professional. We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused agent team member who enjoys building relationships and helping clients find the right coverage. This role is with a State Farm independent contractor agent (not State Farm Insurance Companies). Agent team members are not employees of State Farm and must meet applicable licensing/training requirements. RESIDENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Prospect and engage with customers and leads to identify insurance needs. Quote, explain, and recommend Property & Casualty coverage options. Convert conversations into new policies and updated coverage. Build customer relationships and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Participate in training to improve sales performance and product knowledge. QUALIFICATIONS Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required). Strong communication skills and a professional customer service mindset. Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Detail-oriented. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to successfully complete any required licensing or training. BENEFITS Uncapped commissions based on performance.
