Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney (2 to 4 Years of Experience)

Our client, a respected Nassau County plaintiff personal injury law firm, is seeking an Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join its litigation team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney looking to gain substantial courtroom experience, take ownership of cases, and continue developing as a trial lawyer under the mentorship of experienced litigators who are invested in professional growth.

You will work on a diverse personal injury caseload and be actively involved in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting and defending depositions, appearing in court, participating in negotiations, and supporting matters through trial. As your experience grows, you will be encouraged to assume increasing responsibility and manage matters with greater independence.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury matters from intake through resolution, strong client communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders in developing successful case strategies. Strong writing ability, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to litigation are essential.

The firm offers a collaborative, growth oriented environment with direct mentorship, meaningful litigation exposure, and a clear opportunity for advancement. Compensation includes a base salary of $120,000 to $145,000, a generous performance based bonus structure, and an excellent benefits package. New York Bar admission required.
