Busy Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join the team!
Responsibilities
- Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, managing cases from inception through resolution
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their claims and legal options
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies
- Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, and trials as needed
- Conduct thorough legal research and gather evidence to support client claims
- Communicate regularly with clients, experts, and staff to ensure case progress
Required Qualifications
- ~1-7 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law or defense attorneys seeking plaintiff-side work
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation from a T14 law school
- Law Review experience
- Strong negotiation and litigation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative firm environment

This role offers a primarily in-office environment with some remote flexibility for qualified candidates.
