Our team is fast-paced, passionate, collaborative, hardworking and detail-oriented. We need an additional lawyer with 2 to 6 years of experience, who is ready to practice at a high level and bring their “A-game” to work every day. In this position, you will delve deep into a small number of significant personal injury matters, preparing them for trial under the direction of our trial attorney and according to our playbook. When cases go to trial, you will accompany our trial attorney to court with a front-row seat for all the action.
Successful applicants must be highly motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented, conscientious and thoughtful. The position entails issue spotting, formulation of liability and damages theories, medical evidence development, expert witness preparation, research of evidentiary and substantive issues, drafting trial motions, investigations, theme and story creation, and neutralizing weaknesses.
