This position performs professional accounting, payroll, financial reporting, and internal control functions for the City and Public Utilities Commission. Responsibilities Professional accounting, payroll processing, financial reporting, and internal control functions for the City and Public Utilities Commission. Payroll administration and supervision of Finance Office staff. Audit preparation, account reconciliations, and budget support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. Two years of accounting experience preferred. Experience with governmental accounting, municipal payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting is highly desirable. Valid driver's license required. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $77,563.20 – $99,548.80 per year, depending on qualifications.
