That means handling preventive maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing project work, and helping less experienced techs when needed. It's hands‑on work every day across a wide range of systems and equipment. If you like variety and solving problems with your hands, you'll fit in here. SHIFTS 11am-7:30pm 6:30pm-3am ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Complete scheduled work orders and preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems Respond to equipment breakdowns and get production back on track Handle project work including welding, fabrication, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and lighting Log work in the CMMS and help maintain parts inventory Inspect equipment and building systems for safety and quality Spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements Help train newer technicians as needed Step up and lead the team when supervisors aren't on shift QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or technical/vocational certification required At least 3 years of hands‑on maintenance experience Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Some experience with welding, fabrication, or carpentry Comfortable reading electrical diagrams and equipment manuals Ability to troubleshoot independently and see problems through to a fix #J-18808-Ljbffr
