Icertis Contract Management Specialist Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for an Icertis Contract Management Specialist for their San Francisco, CA / Austin, TX / Sunnyvale, CA location. Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of contract management processes using the Icertis Contract Management platform. Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and operations teams to gather business requirements and assist in translating them into ICM configurations. Configure and maintain ICM components such as workflows, templates, and reporting features to meet business needs. Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Icertis product capabilities, providing user support, training, and guidance as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing contract management efficiency and streamlining workflows. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in contract management with a solid understanding of contract lifecycle activities including drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance. Practical experience working with the Icertis Contract Management platform, with hands on involvement in configuration or system support. Demonstrated ability to contribute to cross functional projects and support process improvement efforts within contract management functions. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
