Hourly: $20/hr - $25/hr (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

A well-established professional services firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to support daily office operations during tax season. This temporary opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong customer service and organizational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. The selected candidate will assist with scheduling, client communications, billing support, and general administrative functions while helping ensure a positive client experience.

Schedule:

• October through December: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• January: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• February through April: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00/6:30 PM
• Every other Saturday required during peak season
• Additional overtime may be available based on business needs

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars for professional staff
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
• Generate and distribute billing documents while ensuring information is accurate and complete
• Assist clients by providing general information and escalating complex matters when necessary
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records related to client accounts and communications
• Support office operations and administrative projects during high-volume periods
• Provide additional front office assistance as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Required Experience:

• Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or receptionist experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• High attention to detail with experience handling schedules, records, or billing activities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Dependable attendance and ability to commit to the assignment through April
• Experience within a professional services, accounting, financial, or tax environment is a plus but not required
