Benefits Annual bonus Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Job Details We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced individual to serve as an Assistant Plant Manager in our fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The role is pivotal in driving operations forward, overseeing daily operations, coordinating production planning, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Assist the Plant Manager in managing and directing all plant operations to meet production goals, quality standards, and cost objectives. Collaborate in the planning, development, and implementation of operational strategies and objectives to ensure achievement of the plant’s goals. Ensure operations are carried out cost‑effectively while maintaining high quality standards. Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions timely. Assist in development and management of the plant’s budget, ensuring operations stay within allocated resources. Collaborate with HR, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. Implement and enforce safety and environmental compliance standards. Assist in development of a workforce plan and manage team performance. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement operational best practices. Prepare regular reports and presentations on plant metrics for senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in manufacturing. Proven experience in planning, organizing, and controlling production schedules. Strong understanding of manufacturing and operational processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and drive performance. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with industry‑specific software and systems. Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes.
