Job Responsibilities Support the Center Manager in managing daily operations and staff. Ensure each guest receives a memorable and inviting experience. Deliver the company's desired financial results through effective sales and productivity management. Coach, develop, and motivate team members to meet productivity and sales goals. Requirements Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including morning, evening, and weekends. Positive, personable, and detail‑oriented. Sales background strongly preferred. Experience coaching, developing, and motivating staff. Ability to manage productivity and sales to achieve goals. Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs and email etiquette. Experience providing exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and organization skills. Professional appearance at all times.
