The HVAC Technician 3 will specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems. This role involves troubleshooting complex system issues and providing technical support within a small team environment. The technician will ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards, using standard hand tools and equipment. This position does not require travel and prioritizes excellent customer service alongside technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial HVAC systems according to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions
• Repair and replace faulty components
• Deliver technical support to customers and team members
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate effectively within a small team
• Provide excellent customer service throughout service calls

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HVAC service
• Technical certification in HVAC or related field
