Compliance Analyst

To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, the full-time salaried Compliance Analyst will assist with OFAC/Sanctions activities, manage escalations, and conduct investigations in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary escalation point for enterprise-wide sanctions matches and track escalations to ensure SLA thresholds are met Analyze screening alerts and conduct investigations for sanctions oversight processes, including account closures and reporting to OFAC Provide subject matter expertise on sanctions and compliance issues, making recommendations for corrective actions to improve controls and operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in sanctions compliance, AML, financial crimes, or investigations within a financial institution or regulated environment Basic understanding of U.S. sanctions regulations (OFAC) and global sanctions frameworks Experience conducting investigations and making risk-based decisions Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications
