E/M Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting, performing retrofit work, and investigating various issues. The position offers a dynamic work environment with a variety of tasks, and candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced setting where weekly assignments may vary.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
• Perform retrofit work as needed.
• Conduct investigations into technical problems.
• Adapt to a variety of tasks and changing weekly assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in any of the following disciplines is ideal: buses, trains, trucks, autos, aircraft, etc.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components and systems, as well as mechanical systems and machinery.
• Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and drawings.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Solid work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers.
• Computer savvy with own laptop or iPhone.
• Must have own tools.

Additional Requirements

• Open to travel at short notice and work nights and weekends when needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
