Job Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician. The LPN ensures quality care for residents, including medication administration, monitoring health conditions, and supporting daily living activities.
