Planned Systems International (PSI) is an enterprise IT services company that designs, builds, secures, and operates software solutions that support mission success and operational excellence across Federal Government organizations. PSI is seeking an AMOC Project Manager to provide full-time, on-site leadership and oversight of all contract operations supporting the CBP Air and Marine Operations Center.

Responsibilities include executing C4I systems maintenance, engineering, integration, and operational support in alignment with mission priorities, performance standards, and contractual requirements. Provide overall leadership, management, and supervision of all contract personnel and resources. Serve as primary interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, and Government stakeholders. Plan, prioritize, and manage activities aligned to real-time mission requirements. Develop and maintain staffing plans ensuring qualified personnel coverage across all task areas. Oversee execution of maintenance, engineering, integration, and operational support across AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systems. Ensure adherence to schedule, cost, and performance objectives. Review work discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Represent the contractor at all technical and programmatic meetings. Manage task assignments, workforce utilization, and surge support requirements. Ensure compliance with security, quality assurance, and reporting requirements. Coordinate travel and deployment of personnel to support offsite mission needs.

Desired experiences include providing overall leadership, management and supervision of C4I project resources to ensure work standards are formulated and enforced. Leading a C4I multi-discipline team. Representing the company in all matters related to the contract. Assigning and managing customer projects. Supervisory/management experience in engineering, communications, and/or computer related fields. 10+ year's experience. Experience supporting maintenance and sustainment of C4I, AMOSS, or ISR systems in operational environments. Experience troubleshooting complex system issues across hardware, software, and network components. Experience working with mission equipment, maintenance tools, and COTS systems. Experience using diagnostic and test equipment to identify and resolve system faults. Demonstrated understanding of operational requirements and ability to apply technical procedures in mission environments. Ability to work in operational environments supporting technical systems. May require standing, walking, and limited lifting of equipment. Ability to travel and deploy to operational locations as required.

Desired education includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; experience may substitute for degree. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent. Collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.

Security Clearance: Secret

Location: Riverside, CA. Travel is required to support mission operations, system maintenance, and engineering activities across CBP operational locations. Personnel will deploy to sites including CAMOC in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, and other CONUS and OCONUS locations to perform installation, troubleshooting, integration, and sustainment of C4I, AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systems. Travel may be scheduled or occur on short notice in response to mission priorities or system outages. Duration may range from short-term temporary duty to extended support periods based on operational needs. All travel will be Government-directed and reimbursed in accordance with applicable Federal Travel Regulations and contract provisions.
