Magnet Program Lead: Nursing Excellence

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Magnet Program Manager for Kishwaukee and Valley West Hospitals. In this role, you will lead the Magnet designation and re-designation process, ensuring compliance with Magnet requirements. You will collaborate with various teams, provide education on Magnet standards, and maintain key quality metrics. A Master's degree in nursing and a current RN license are required, along with significant nursing experience.
