Senior Account Executive | B2B SaaS Remote | United States Base Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 OTE: $200,000 to $220,000+ Commission: Uncapped The Opportunity HireDNA is partnering with an established B2B technology company seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. This opportunity is ideal for a proven SaaS sales professional who excels at building pipeline, navigating complex sales processes, and closing new business. What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing. Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across an assigned territory. Engage senior-level decision-makers, understand business challenges, and communicate compelling value propositions. Generate new business through proactive prospecting while leveraging internal sales and marketing resources. Manage a mix of transactional and strategic opportunities with varying levels of complexity. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer acquisition and ensure a seamless sales process. Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. What We're Looking For 5+ years of full cycle B2B sales experience. Proven success selling SaaS, software, or technology solutions. Experience selling software or technology solutions into healthcare organizations Demonstrated success generating pipeline, winning new customers, and consistently closing Experience engaging senior-level executives and navigating multiple stakeholders. Experience managing consultative sales processes with typical sales cycles of 3 to 6 months. Strong prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities. Consistent track record of quota attainment and sales performance.
