Duration: 4 Month Contract
Compensation: $40-48/hr W2
Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K

As a Paid Social Strategist, you will plan and optimize full-funnel paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and lifetime value. You'll use data, creative insights, and testing to make informed optimization decisions and scale high-performing campaigns. You'll leverage platform automation and performance insights to maximize efficiency while minimizing wasted spend. You'll partner closely with Creative, Analytics, Product, and Client Services teams to execute integrated strategies and develop repeatable best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy
  • Translate business objectives into comprehensive paid social strategies spanning prospecting, retargeting, and customer retention.
  • Set expectations with clients, communicate recommendations and tradeoffs clearly, and report on performance in terms of business impact.
Channel Expertise
  • Apply deep paid social expertise across creative strategy, audience development, bidding, and optimization while collaborating across broader digital marketing channels.
  • Share knowledge with teammates and document successful strategies to improve team performance and consistency.
Platform Innovation
  • Leverage platform automation and machine learning features to improve campaign performance (such as Meta Advantage , value optimization, Conversion API, TikTok Smart Performance Campaigns, and Pinterest Performance ).
  • Evaluate emerging platform capabilities and implement new features through structured testing before broader adoption.
Data & Measurement
  • Design and execute testing strategies, including lift studies when available and structured A/B tests.
  • Define success metrics in advance and establish regular performance review cadences.
  • Maintain healthy tracking infrastructure, including pixels, Conversion API, event mapping, UTMs, and GA4.
  • Clearly communicate data limitations and measurement considerations when making recommendations.
Ownership & Optimization
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities, including reducing creative fatigue, minimizing audience overlap, and improving campaign efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvements to workflows, processes, and campaign execution across the team.

  • Prioritize measurable client outcomes through thoughtful strategy and execution.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok. Experience with Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit is a plus.

  • Creative testing frameworks
  • Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) and catalog campaigns
  • Comfortable using GA4 and platform analytics to connect campaign performance to business metrics such as revenue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting performance insights to clients and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Success Metrics
  • Increase qualified audience reach, new customer acquisition, revenue, and customer lifetime value through paid social.
  • Improve creative testing velocity and increase the percentage of successful creative experiments.
  • Strengthen audience quality and tracking health through effective audience strategy and measurement implementation.
  • Consistently execute and document creative, audience, bidding, and format tests that drive optimization decisions.
  • Successfully evaluate and scale platform automation and AI-driven optimization features where they demonstrate measurable business impact.
  • Maintain or improve CAC and ROAS while increasing profitable growth.
