Richmond Branch Remote Recruiter IHA

This role combines office coordination, employee support, and light recruiting , making it perfect for someone who is organized, people-focused, and ready to build a career in the staffing industry.

What You'll Do

• Support daily onsite office operations and administrative tasks
• Welcome and assist applicants, associates, and client visitors
• Help onboard new hires (documentation, orientations, compliance)
• Assist with light recruiting , including:
  • Resume screening
  • Interview scheduling
  • Job posting updates in ATS (Bullhorn)
• Maintain accurate employee records and data in Bullhorn
• Track attendance, timekeeping, and basic reporting
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and client partners
• Ensure compliance with Adecco policies and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred
• Interest or experience in recruiting or staffing is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ATS systems (Bullhorn a plus)
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
