About the Job: The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in driving Ironclad Environmental Solutions’ talent acquisition efforts by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple branches and departments. This remote position is ideal for a resourceful and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead the recruiting process across multiple branches and departments for a variety of positions, identifying and engaging top talent. Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers and HR team members to develop trust and alignment. Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Source candidates through various job boards, recruitment tools, and niche platforms to maintain a robust talent pipeline. Execute job postings, screen and interview candidates, and assess their fit with company culture and job requirements. Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for hiring managers and candidates. Own the full onboarding cycle, including pre-employment steps, training assignments, first-day setup, and equipment orders. Draft, review, and approve offer letters for successful candidates. Create and share weekly requisition reports with the management team. Support other HR initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or a similar role. Experience with DOT compliance recruiting preferred. Tech savvy with a willingness to learn and leverage new recruitment tools. Strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience working with recruiting/staffing vendors is a plus. Professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other standard business tools. Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure.
