Healthcare Recruiter (Recruiting Only)

Client in the healthcare space is looking to hire a recruiter with 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong sourcing experience.
Onsite in NYC 3-4 days/week
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Salary: 80k - 100k plus bonus potential

Recruiter Key Responsibilities & Duties
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, for Physical Therapist roles.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies.
Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and achieve hiring targets.
Provide insights on market trends, candidate expectations, and competitor activities.
Contribute to the team’s success by sharing best practices and innovative ideas.

Recruiter Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proven expertise in proactive sourcing and outbound recruiting methods.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successful placements.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with ATS management and data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
