Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage adjustments. Process policy renewals, endorsements, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for client growth and retention. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions. Requirements Life & Health license preferred. Willing to train. Licensed within 6 months of hire. Licensing assistance available. Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications. A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
