ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and previously held sales and management roles with Verizon. Those experiences helped shape my passion for leadership, customer service, and helping people find the right solutions.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nikki Bisceglia - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 per year
