This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role offers an engaging schedule of 35-37.5 hours per week, spanning August 2026 to June 2027. In this dynamic split position, you’ll work half of your time with a special education preschool and the other half with an elementary school—delivering crucial support to a diverse caseload of young learners.

Your expertise will be instrumental in helping students achieve their communication goals, while collaborating with educators and families to build inclusive, supportive learning environments.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) and state licensure (or eligibility)
• Background in elementary or preschool educational settings preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Enthusiasm for working with students requiring various levels of speech support

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Write and maintain accurate documentation, including IEPs and progress notes
• Collaborate with general and special education teams, as well as families
• Support students both individually and in group sessions across the assigned sites
• Engage proactively in problem-solving, resource sharing, and ongoing professional development
