Food Service Employee

Arlington Heights School District 25 has an opening for a part-time Food Service Employee at Ivy Hill Elementary School. This is a four-hour position Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. The starting salary is $17.20 per hour. This is an IMRF position.

Essential functions include abiding by all state and federal rules applicable to the National School Lunch Program, complying with local and state health department regulations, attending professional development opportunities as needed to meet USDA Professional standard requirements, communicating effectively with district personnel and students, and demonstrating dependability and promptness.

Minimum qualifications include the ability to read and interpret documents such as production records, equipment manuals, HACCP documents, and procedure manuals; the ability to write routine reports and correspondence; and the ability to speak effectively with staff, students, and community members.
