WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist I for our call center. The role focuses on identifying, responding to, and resolving customer requests related to bank products and services, while maintaining professional support and meeting service levels. The position supports an alternate schedule (8am–7pm, Wed–Sat, with some federal holidays). You will handle account questions, digital banking guidance, and coordination with internal partners to complete transactions and resolve #J-18808-Ljbffr
