Senior Recruiter (Workday)

Vaco Atlanta is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for a permanent position in Plano, TX . Candidates in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area are preferred but will consider candidates in Atlanta, GA, Phoenix, AZ or Ashburn, VA. This position will be in-office or remote based on location. Responsibilities Work closely with Hiring Managers and lead intake meetings to determine role requirements and timeline Develop strong sourcing strategies; screen and interview candidates as aligned with job requirements Drive 'white glove' recruiting and onboarding experience in alignment with HR Enhance current recruiting processes for maximum ROI Serve as a strategic recruiting partner with the leadership team Drive productivity enhancements to meet goals of growing company Requirements Must have a minimum of 7 years of full‑cycle, direct sourcing and recruiting experience, across multiple disciplines Workday recruiting experience is REQUIRED. Experience recruiting for Operations, Construction, and/or Real Estate positions is REQUIRED. Must have experience working for a recruiting or staffing firm and be comfortable with high-volume recruiting requirements. Must possess exceptional communication skills in addition to strong time management and organizational skills.
