Undergraduate Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to identify, engage, and deliver top talent across a variety of corporate functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-driven, and skilled at building strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels

Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill positions

Engage passive candidates through outreach campaigns

Recruitment Support

Partner closely with recruiters throughout the hiring process

Support hiring goals and reduce time-to-fill

Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers

Provide candidate recommendations and ensure smooth handoff to recruiting teams

Attend recruiter and stakeholder meetings

Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders

Serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner

ATS & Compliance

Manage candidate workflows within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter ( required )

Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Experience with Workday is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5–10 years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, staffing, or corporate HR

Experience delivering qualified candidates for professional and corporate roles

Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and industry trends

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
