Position: HR Recruiter – Internal Mobility

Location: Plano, TX or Richmond, VA or McLean, VA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per Week)

Duration: 06 Month Contract (Potential Extension)

Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join a dynamic Internal Mobility Talent Acquisition team supporting internal hiring initiatives across multiple business functions. This role will focus on managing internal candidates through the recruiting lifecycle while providing guidance on internal mobility programs, recruiting policies, talent assessments, and career movement opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have recent corporate recruiting experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for internal candidates across various business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to support internal hiring needs.
• Guide employees through internal application, interview, and selection processes.
• Educate candidates and stakeholders on internal mobility programs, policies, and procedures.
• Evaluate candidate eligibility and assist with internal transfer and promotion processes.
• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offer activities.
• Review candidate profiles and assess alignment with role requirements.
• Support talent assessment processes and help determine appropriate evaluation paths for internal applicants.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, internal hiring guidelines, and organizational procedures.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation within applicant tracking systems.
• Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with recruiting team members and participate in cross-training initiatives across multiple business areas.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of recent recruiting experience in a corporate, technology, financial services, or high-growth business environment.
• Experience managing candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes, candidate management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technology platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting internal recruiting or employee mobility programs.
• Exposure to talent assessment frameworks and candidate evaluation processes.
• Experience recruiting within technology, FinTech, financial services, or other large corporate organizations.
• Familiarity with internal transfer, promotion, and workforce planning processes.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers in a matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of Workday or similar HR systems.
