Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
• Review applications and identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screens and interviews
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
• Coordinate background checks, references, and pre-employment activities
• Schedule and facilitate interviews throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Attend recruiting and networking events as needed
• Assist with recruiting-related projects and process improvements
• Contribute to employee experience and retention initiatives

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting high-volume customer service, sales, or operational positions preferred
• Ability to recruit across multiple levels and business functions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional presence and executive-level communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
