Senior Recruiter
An established financial services organization is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter to join its team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talent across multiple business functions, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing and operational positions. The recruiter will serve as a key liaison between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient hiring experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
- Review applications and identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens and interviews
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Coordinate background checks, references, and pre-employment activities
- Schedule and facilitate interviews throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Attend recruiting and networking events as needed
- Assist with recruiting-related projects and process improvements
- Contribute to employee experience and retention initiatives
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting high-volume customer service, sales, or operational positions preferred
- Ability to recruit across multiple levels and business functions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Professional presence and executive-level communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
